Welcome.
I’m so glad you’re here.
I work with motivated couples and individuals who may look like they have it all together from the outside, but often struggle on the inside. Drawing from research-based techniques and a deep well of empathy, we will work together to identify and change patterns in your life and relationships that no longer serve you.
I hold a certification in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), an evidence-based approach rooted in attachment science and endorsed by the American Psychological Association. Moreover, I am certified as a sex therapist by AASECT. My specialty revolves around offering sex and relationship counseling, as well as supporting couples in navigating perinatal and parenting challenges.

Why choose to work with me?
I love my work as a therapist because I’m fascinated by people’s stories. I strive to make an authentic connection with each one of my clients. While we will often talk about difficult things, I also love to laugh and find that using humor is one of the best ways to connect.
Our work will feel like an ongoing conversation: I try to ask thought-provoking questions and offer honest feedback to help you improve self-awareness and reach the goals that you’ve set.
You are the expert on your own life. I will make suggestions along the way, but you are always in the driver’s seat.

I believe all individuals, couples and families deserve support.
My practice is affirmative, open, and supportive to people of all genders, sexual orientations, backgrounds, ethnicities, and religious practices. I will honor your experiences, traditions and beliefs without judgment while offering the support you need.

No, I am not currently in network with any insurance. If your mental health benefits include out-of-network coverage, you can seek reimbursement. Depending on your plan this may cover some or all of my fees.
Each individual plan varies on coverage and requirements, so I would suggest calling your insurance company to find out if you have out-of-network coverage. Here is a helpful guide that covers the basics and some good questions to ask.
