Before having kids, did you imagine you’d be
better at this?

You knew it would be hard but not this hard. It feels impossible to live up to all the expectations (your own and others people’s).

You are terrified you’re getting it all wrong.

Whether you’re trying to conceive, pregnant, recently had a baby, or trying to navigate parenting the best you can - sometimes the sadness, anxiety, guilt, and uncertainty can feel overwhelming. You feel so alone, but you aren’t! These experiences are so common. It doesn’t mean you’re bad parent or that you’ve done anything wrong.

I’ve been there.

It may feel like you’ve lost control or you don’t know what you’re doing. You’re fighting with your partner, or you worry constantly. You struggle to stay present but it’s hard when you feel anxious, angry, or just bored. You’d like to have more patience but each new day gets away from you and you slip into the same rut you were stuck in the day before.

I get it. As a mom of young two boys, I know what it’s like to feel as though you aren’t doing a good enough job. I know how first hand how hard it is and I’m here to help, not to judge.
